Cookie Policy

Effective date: 17 July 2026
Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Who we are and scope

Neveshte is a registered trade name used by Denapia, an eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) (“Neveshte,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on:

  • neveshte.com, the marketing website; and
  • app.neveshte.com, the application.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, scripts, and connections to third-party resources.

Some of these support a feature you ask for — such as keeping you signed in or protecting a request against forgery. Others remember an interface preference, measure traffic, or report an error.

3. Cookies and storage we use

Necessary — application

These support sign-in, security, and billing. The Service does not work without them.

NamePurposeDuration
neveshte-sessionAssociates your browser with your signed-in sessionExpires after a period of inactivity
XSRF-TOKENProtects requests against cross-site request forgerySession lifetime
remember_web_*Keeps you signed in if you select “Remember me”Long-lived; set only at your request

The application also uses a real-time connection (WebSocket) to deliver live product updates while you are signed in.

Preferences — application

These remember interface choices. They are set by the application and are not used for tracking.

NameStoragePurposeDuration
appearanceCookie and local storageRemembers the appearance setting365 days / until removed
sidebar_stateCookieRemembers whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed7 days
low-credit-banner-dismissedSession storageRemembers that you dismissed a low-Credit noticeBrowser tab/session

Analytics — marketing website

The marketing website does not currently use an analytics service.

Error monitoring — application

The application may use Sentry to capture error reports if error monitoring is enabled. It is configured not to send personal information by default and filters fields associated with IP addresses, emails, passwords, cookies, and tokens from reports.

4. Third-party resources

Some pages load resources from third parties, which involves an ordinary browser request to that provider (disclosing network information such as your IP address and user agent):

  • Fonts — the marketing website loads fonts from Google Fonts; the application loads fonts from Bunny Fonts.
  • Images — some application screens display channel avatars, favicons, or source thumbnails from remote URLs connected to sources you add.
  • Stripe — when you start checkout, buy a top-up, or manage billing, you are redirected to Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe may use its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy.

5. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site tracking, social-media trackers, heatmaps, or session replay. If we ever introduce a technology that requires your consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.

6. Managing cookies

Your browser lets you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Note that:

  • blocking or deleting the session, XSRF, or remember-me cookies will sign you out or prevent protected actions;
  • blocking preference storage stops interface choices from persisting; and
  • browser cookie controls do not affect ordinary requests for third-party resources.

For consent you have given us (where applicable), you can withdraw it at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Related documents

The Privacy Policy describes our broader handling of personal data, including purposes, recipients, transfers, retention, and your rights. The Terms of Service govern your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the technologies we use change. The current version always shows its effective date at the top. Material changes will be notified as described in the Privacy Policy.
